Pakistan’s Fixtures in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup

Led by Babar Azam, the Pakistan team aims to overcome recent disappointments in ICC events. Their squad boasts a mix of experienced and emerging players, making them a strong contender. 

Like India, Pakistan has come close to T20 World Cup success in recent years, reaching the semifinals in 2021 and the finals in 2022. Skipper Babar Azam leads the charge to change this narrative. 

Supported by Mohammed Rizwan, Shaheed Shah Afridi and Fakhar Zaman, Pakistan aims for the trophy. Youngster Saim Ayub adds power despite his occasional inconsistency. 

Pakistan kicks off their campaign against co-hosts USA on June 6, followed by a highly anticipated clash against India on June 9 in New York.  

Pakistan is placed in Group A, along with Canada, Ireland, the USA and arch-rivals India.
